1. Define the product requirement

Choose from the listed 3 × 8, 3 × 10, 4 × 10, 7 × 14 and 10 × 13 inch formats. If the size is new to your kitchen, test the fold with your normal filling and portion before planning a large quantity.

State the number of packs as well as the expected number of samosas. Each listed pack contains 100 sheets, and the minimum order is five packs. Your actual production yield depends on your handling process.

2. Prepare delivery information

Provide the business name, contact phone number, complete street address, city, PIN code and required date. Transportation is subject to route and availability, so an address is necessary before delivery can be confirmed.

If receiving hours are restricted, state the available window and the person responsible for accepting the delivery. For larger locations, include any gate, loading or access instructions that could affect arrival.

3. Confirm storage and product information

Check that your kitchen or store has suitable cold-storage capacity for the proposed quantity. Request the current storage temperature, shelf-life information, ingredient list and allergen declaration from the pack before confirming that it meets your business requirements.

Plan how packs will be rotated and how opened sheets will be handled during production. Staff should follow the label and keep unused sheets covered and returned to the stated storage conditions promptly.

4. Explain whether supply is recurring

A one-time event order and a weekly restaurant requirement need different planning. Share the expected frequency, normal quantity and any seasonal peaks. This helps the supplier discuss availability and transportation based on the actual requirement.

  • Business type and contact details
  • Exact sheet size
  • Packs required per delivery
  • Preferred delivery date or frequency
  • Complete address and PIN code
  • Any label, storage or documentation questions

5. Wait for final confirmation

A website enquiry is a request, not a completed purchase. The order becomes final only after the team confirms price, current availability, payment method and transportation arrangements.

Keep the confirmed product, quantity and delivery details together so the receiving team can check the consignment against the agreement. Contact the supplier promptly if the received pack information differs from what was confirmed.
